Funds are typically transferred within 5-10 business days after your campaign concludes. Processing times may vary based on your bank and chosen payment method, as well as communication speed.
Can I extend the fundraising deadline if needed?
No, currently you cannot extend the fundraising campaigns.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, all fees are transparently listed on our pricing and fees section. You will see a detailed breakdown of fees before finalizing your campaign.
Do I need to pay taxes on the funds raised?
We cannot provide legal advice, therefore the recipients are requried to ensure the donations received are correctly reported to the responsible authorities. However, in most countries the donations are taxed.
Can I communicate directly with my donors?
Yes, upon completion of the campaign any listed author can send personalized email to all donors. To access email form, please visit Account Page.
What should I do if my campaign is not reaching its goal?
We notify all parties involved via email and handle reimbursements as necessary. Given you receive the funds only if the campaign is successful, there are no obligations on your end.

What is the difference between time and funds limited campaigns?
During the submission process, you can choose between fund and time limited conditions, with the former campaign ending only after duration of the campaign ends. However, the latter ends when either target funds are met or duration expires, whichever condition is met first.

In accordance with pricing and fees section, there is a light reduction in fees for publishing users with paid subscription. Can I receive funds without incurring any fees?

No, we do not allow you to download donor information, but you are welcome to see donor names and emails when viewing ended campaigns. You can only see email addresses of non-anonymous donors for your own campaigns.
